换不同的机油后，一定要用engine flush吗?

又到了汽车维护的时间了，记不清之前用的什么机油，所以打算再挑一种，朋友说换不同的机油，需要配合engine flush一起。我不是太确定，希望懂的朋友帮忙。谢谢各位回复！
