This business is an absolute nightmare !!! unprofessional extremely rude they quote a price then do not complete the job then when challenged try to charge almost the original amount quoted to complete the whole job on top of money already paid when several months later the vehicle is sitting in their workshop covered in dust obviously not been worked on in goodness knows how long with the engine and gearbox sitting separated on the workshop floor completely covered in dust they also then refuse to allow the owner of the vehicle to have it towed at their cost until 22 hours of labor are paid for when the customer had all ready paid almost the original amount verbally quoted months previously and was told the engine and gearbox was in the vehicle and there was hardly anything left to do also no contact until the customer went in and said it was not good enough and they would like to take it elsewhere was told all good to his face then an email asking for money this company is an absolute disgrace to the motor trade and their service abysmal
