Put $1000 deposit on a car. Got verbal confirmation from David, the car dealer, that should finance on my side not work they would fully reimburse the deposit. Got verbal confirmation multiple times before going ahead with deposit as i wasnt 100% sure my finances would be fine. Finance didn't work out on my end. David refused to fully reimburse, after lots of communication...very dishonest. When i confronted David about his dishonesty his response was "Well that is how we work.." wow...
Don't deal with them.
Clearly he was misleading me the whole time. He took advantage of a potential buyer who didnt know much about the process (and what's more had bought a previous vehicle from them already! Who's battery died soon after). I recommend going elsewhere!
Edit: In response notice he said they offered half the deposit. They offered store credit or 50% refund. This is not what they had verbally told me earlier which was a FULL refund). Happy to change this review if they stick to their word and give a full refund. They also said they spent lots of time on the deal. nonsense. I spent most of the time doing the work to find out i couldnt get it. They took a listing off a website and put it baxck on. That is not $500 worth of work. What a scam. What a joke.
