Autovia Ltd

About

Autovia's classic car restoration staff are not only experts, but also enthusiasts with a passion for the Ferrari, Maserati, Jaguar, Rolls Royce, MG, Riley, Citroen, and Mercedes Benz they have restored. Two wheels as well as four - motorcycles also feature in Autovia's work, where fine attention to detail gives superb results.
Located in Christchurch, the hub of New Zealand's internationally renowned, prize-winning restoration industry, Autovia draws on a diverse community of skills, from computer-controlled machining to traditional electroplating, and craftsmen, from instrument technician to wheelwright.
Commitment and communication will underpin Autovia's approach to your project, commencing with a close consideration of your requirements and expectations and a baseline assessment of your vehicle leading to a written "treatment plan" with staging and costing estimates.
With the project under way, photographic records will be kept, and regular progress reports made. Your inspection at any time will be welcome, and regular reviews will be invited. Detailed invoices will be issued at regular intervals as work proceeds, and at completion, a full inspection and debriefing will be part of the final commissioning.
Smaller tasks are also undertaken at Autovia; repair and maintenance, refurbishing and recommissioning. We can look after those bits and pieces that need to be seen to, and return your pride and joy sorted, serviced, warranted and ready to go.
Overseas clients take advantage of favourable exchange rates with the New Zealand dollar a bonus; hourly rates translating to approximately ,30, 30 or $US45 - rates for skilled craftsmen! Autovia can arrange transport, tax and carnet matters for our overseas clients.
... to us, it is more than just a job, it is a passion!
